RETURNS

You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.

Returns must be requested through the website, in your personal account area, or by using the link received at the time of purchase.

Only items in their original packaging, sealed, and without any indication of having been opened or compromised in any way will be accepted for return.The return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The return address will be provided once the return is authorised.

Upon receipt of the returned product, you may choose to receive a refund or a voucher. The voucher will be processed automatically and made available in your personal account area. Alternatively, the amount will be refunded via the same payment method used for the purchase.

If you paid via Multibanco reference, you will need to provide your IBAN so that the refund can be processed.
